About Us

Newington Knights Youth Football and Cheer has been a non-profit organization since 1971. We are located in Newington, Connecticut, and play our home games at Clem Lemire Sports Complex in town. Our football teams and cheer squads compete in the Northern Pop Warner League.

We offer flag football from grades K-2 and flag cheer from ages 5-7

Our competitive cheer program is ages 8-14 (Must turn 8 as of July 31 in the current year)

Our tackle football program starts at age 8-13.
