Hello All,

Newington Knights Youth Football and Cheer has been a non-profit organization since 1971. We are located in Newington, Connecticut, and play our home games at Clem Lemire Sports Complex in town. 

Our football teams and cheer squads compete in the ***

In accordance with conference rules, eligible youth participants must have their primary residence in Newington.

We offer flag football from grades PK4-2 and flag cheer from ages 5-7 

Our competitive cheer program is ages 8-14 (Must  turn 8 as of July 31.)

Our tackle football program starts at 3rd grade which is instructional, and runs up to 8th grade. Our tackle program is grade based.
